You would need the BitLocker key to gain access to your computer. The hard drive is encrypted. I'm sorry, there is no other way around it.
Option 1
If you have your computer linked to your Microsoft account, please login at the following link to find the key. https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey
The recovery key would be 48 numbers, there are no letters in the recovery key.
Option 2
If you don't have the key, you would need the device completely reloaded.
You can take it locally somewhere for this, or you would need to call the manufacturer of your computer to order recovery media.
