The Bitlock key can be found on your Microsoft account. Go to account.microsoft.com and log in.
If you don't know your password ***** can reset it. There are two options for recovering your Microsoft account. The first link is to work through the recovery yourself. https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx
If that fails, go here and submit a verification form to Microsoft to verify you are the owner. https://account.live.com/acsr
If you are getting a 24 hour hold for failed attempts then you need to wait that amount of time prior to the recovery.
