I know how frustrating it is for you but in your case, if you lost/forget the sign-in password ***** the Chromebook, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Check if your Chromebook is a managed device (Enterprise enrolled device).
● If it is a managed device, please contact your administrator to reset the password ***** Google Admin Console.
● If it is not a managed device, please processed with the following steps.
2. Sign in as Guest or use a different PC.
- If you have signed in to the Chromebook, sign out first.
- Click on [Browse as Guest] at the bottom.
3. Open an internet browser and navigate to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/.
4. Enter the [Email or phone]① that you use to sign in to Google, then click on [Continue]② and follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password.
