Hello, I am facing an extreme frustration issue with my laptop, window 10 Dell. I have pushed and hold the power button countless of times to restart the laptop to hope to get the troubleshooting page, but nothing showing. All it showed was the blue screen with message said ‘you pc has ran into problems and needs restart. We'll restarts for you. Store code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE.' The it restarted, but then comes to the blue screen again. Then it keeps restart again and again and again. I've tried to get to safe mode but failed for I don't know how get to safe mode. I've tried other methods like press f12 to diagnostics it and set to reset factory setting, Once i hit entered, it acted like going to start, but then it stuck at the blue screen with the same messages of the above. It's not working. I even let the laptop runs for 2 days, but it restarts and still at the blue screen, then it restart again and again.
