Somehow deleted my Bluetooth on my ACER E15. Tried

Hi - Somehow deleted...

Hi - Somehow deleted my Bluetooth on my ACER E15. Tried everything I could in reinstall, but it's not showing in Device Manager. Went to ACER's site to download the driver (Intel ver), but no avail. I'm lost!

Where can I check?

Downloaded the driver from ACER's site. With Wizard, it seems to go through the process, but when complete, I have no driver.

Aaron - Thanks, ***** ***** looked at the restore and I can't seem to pick an earlier time to attempt the task. It only gives me one date/time and that was 60 mins ago when I attempted to load an HP printer driver (which I stopped).

You could try a "Reset this PC". However, you will lose any installed applications.

My system is stating the newest version of Bluetooth is presently installed, however, I can't seem to make it available anywhere. Under Device Manager, it does not appear. I can't see it in Notifications either. I do have listed "USB Device - Device Descriptor Request Failed" showing. From my research efforts, it appeared this is an issue re: Bluetooth. I found online through thewindowscentral.com, "6 ways to fix unknown USB Device issue. I tried Fix #2 and 4 - you may want to take a look yourself. Anyway, I did the changes and nothing happened. I got frustrated and shut down and powered off for the evening. Today, I turned on the laptop and everything is back to normal. Bluetooth is listed in Device Manager and my Bose Bluetooth is working again - yeah!!!This is a terrible problem it seems to try and resolve for many people. Even restore and reset don't seem to work. I don't know how I caused it to vanish, but still remain on my system (just couldn't tap into it).Thanks for your thoughts, but they seemed a little generic in my opinion. I know restores can alleviate many issues, but to lose apps isn't my best option at this stage.Bot***** *****ne - I hope to NEVER get this problem again! :))) Have a great holiday, Aaron.

Thank you for responding. I have the Bluetooth working somewhat, however, the volume on the external device is not as strong as was previously. I need to turn the volume up quite a bit just to hear the sound adequately. Can you assist with this part?
