Current OS Windows 10. However, Microsoft continues to try an install an update that my laptop, won't accept. Spoke to Microsoft Tech Support, this morning. They told me to contact Toshiba about reconfiguring my drivers.

Upgraded to Windows 10, not too long ago. After they left me no choice.

Probably the downloaded update was corrupted. To fix this, kindly follow the procedure below.

-Browse to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

-Delete all the contents of SoftwareDistribution folder

-Then download the file below

https://aka.ms/wudiag

-Run the downloaded application

It should fix the issue with the corrupted updates and re-download these, so your Windows version should be v1709. It could be a major update, so when the download and installation is finish, it could take a while for Windows to finish updating your Operating System.
