Thank you very much for giving us an opportunity to help you. I am Jins here to assist you. Please restart your computer. If it is a laptop and it's freeze, hold down the power button until it turns off. Then power ON again.

When system starts, continuously press and release the F8 key. Then you will get an advanced boot menu. Select Safe Mode with Networking from that menu and press Enter. Wait a little to complete the boot process. Can you boot into safe mode with networking?
