My fan was off for a while and gave me a message to shut down and get repair.

Toshiba satellite P735-S5320 O/S windows 7 home

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Satellite? Have you installed any updates recently?

No, i had it shutdown for a week or so because of message, it just so happened that when I turned it on today and as I was shutting it back down, the fan went back on.

how do i get that done?

The easiest way would be to take it to a local service center. You could try it yourself but would need a manual to disassemble the laptop.

Since this is a hardware problem, there is not much if anything I can do by remotely connecting to your computer.
