Hello, my ;laptop has been "updating" for 24 hours. I am not able to use it. How can I resolve this issue?

Inspiron 15 3000 series. is that the answer you are looking for

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Inspiron? Have you installed any updates recently?

Turned it off and back on. That does not work
