I previously used ( satisfactorily) Lenovo premium tech support... I am having problems with my T450 .... Can you tell who /or/where tp\o contacy\]t to resubscribe?

Technician's Assistant: What Lenovo model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

I have a Lenovo T-pad T450 using Windows 7

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

I canot say exzactly when, but I have trid re-installing the Desktop software from the disks, as well as downloading right from RIM

Technician's Assistant: Which software or app can I help with?

Trying to get my bol phone to sync with Windows Access

I use a Blackberry Bold and have for years... But just recently it will Try to sync with MS-Outlook, but stalls out after reading about ten (10) file and then the computer is locked up

I regret that I may not myself offer Secure Remote Service at this time - but your offer, when formally made, will be open to any other Expert in this category.

I think, as to the Blackberry locking up, that you could try exiting completely from Outlook, then try re-connecting the Blackberry and wait... if that does not work, restart the computer, and this time, start/open MS Outlook once your computer has started up... but, close everything else in the way of programs. Then re-connect your Blueberry, and wait patiently for at least 10 minutes or 15 minutes... this might allow it to not lock up.

I have spent Hours trying to solve this ( Blackbery/syncingwith/Outlook)problem with al possible methods I could think of.... BUT the problem always resolves around they connect, START to sync, and after reading 10 files the system just stalls AND locks up requiring a re-boot... SO, Are you able to assist or not??? Have you tried a different cable? if you are connecting it with a cable. USB cables do, very often, go bad... though having them lock up a computer is rather rate, it could happen.

I have five USB cabkles with the correct ends, And have Checked several times by using the same cabl e btwn Thinkpad an Western Digital USB hard drive so problem is NOT the cable...I ha completely deleted Blacktop Desktop software and tried reloadinf FROM ( 2 of orininal DVD's, From download from RIM ( Blackberry} AND tried to restore my entire computer to an "earlier time" NO DICE. SO I would be willing to let someone try a secure connection IF (!!!) they have experience with Blackberry. Charles E. Brown

My experience with Blackberry problems is not extensive, to be honest. As for the computer side of things:

- Did you restart, after uninstalling Blackberry Desktop, and before reinstalling it? restarting the computer after an uninstall sometimes clears out vestiges of the old program that were corrupted or otherwise non-functional.

It's worth one try, doing the uninstall-reinstall with a restart of the computer between... if you didn't already.
