Its very slow for be tied in to fiber optic. I want to reset it to factory setting but i don't have a back up disk

Aspire R7 running windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Aspire? Have you installed any updates recently?

Several auto updates were installed a month or so ago and that's when i started having problems. SharePoint now shows up and it never did before

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Factory updates were automatically updated about a month ago. That's when I noticed the problems. It now tries to open sharepoint. I just want to reset it to factory settings but the laptop didn't come with a recovery disk
