Bought a new Dell...

Bought a new Dell laptop (Latitude), was having problems with the video. Contacted Dell and they had a tech come out. He replaced the motherboard and left, not telling me I needed a 48 digit ID key. Now I cannot do anything with the laptop.

Technician's Assistant: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your Dell?

Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Dell? Have you installed any updates recently?

No updates, tried to troubleshoot and backup personal files but that does not seem to do anything.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Not that I can think of.
