Turn on the computer, when you see the error hold the power button until the computer turn off.

turn it again and repeat the process 3 times until you see the automatic repair screen

Ok, turn of computer and turn it on again, as soon as you see the acer logo hold the ALT button and press F10 repeatedly, you should access the eRecovery partition.

It won't let me go any farther before this happened I ran recovery to its original state and because I wasn't able to get back in I could not set up an administrater. It requires a administrater to go any farther
