Okay, then please clean all web history including cookies then sign on JustAnswer again, hopefully you can then upload your screenshot.Or, an efficient way for troubleshooting this issue is to request the site's remote assistance service, the I can either remotely access the Acer computer, or remote "see" your computer screen via video call using FaceTime (iOS) or Skype (Android), while speaking with you over phone instantly. The troubleshooting experience will be much better than a lengthy Q & A process like this. Please be aware that remote assistance service needs extra charge, fixed yet refundable if not helpful.
