Windows 10 was in the process of doing an update. Now the laptop will not boot up. It tries to run a recovery but then comes backs and says

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried rebooting from a DVD or flash drive?

Preparing automatic repair then diagnosing your PC then your PC did not start correctly. I am not able to get to the startup screen to change the boot settings

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

No I already have a $5 deposit there

Okay. My best recommendation is that I can give you a link to get Windows 10 loaded onto it. If you can boot to that with the USB drive, then you can run the repair tool and fix the issue that you're currently dealing with. Also, you can do a RESET of Windows 10 which will fix any issues and let you keep your files as well.

It should be F12 for Toshiba's...you'll either need to press it over and over upon turning it on OR hold it down. One of those will being up the BOOT MENU and you can choose USB
