SAME RESULT WITH OTHER COMPUTER.
WE WERE TRYING TO FIX PROBLEMS WITH WIN 10 THROUGH INTERNET BY REINSTALLING IT,AND MAY BE THE HARD WAS CONNECTED.
IF CONNECTED REMOTELLY YOU COULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM WHILE THE HARD IS CONNECTED?
