I have just tried to update my kira notebook and now I can,

Hi I have just tried to update my kira notebook and now I can
JA: Just to clarify, what is your notebook's exact make and model?
Customer: It is a kira harmen/kardon - after updating I can now only acess a blue screen for restoring settiings but it tells me the hard drive is locked
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Toshiba Kira - windows 10
JA: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It is about 4 years old. We have tried pressed the "0" KEY while holding the power key and a blue screen popped open with troubleshotting we than went to reset but nothing happened than to advanced options and system restore than a message appeared to say the hard drive was locked
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

As per the error code “0xc0000034

its boot configuration data file which is missing

Windows 10 file corrupted.

Do you have Windows 10 operating system disk?

Shut the computer down by holding the power button. After 30 seconds power on the computer and keep the left side shift key pressed down. let me know if you get to a screen where you see the power button icon during the initial login screen.
