It seams you are talking about your printer, not your laptop. Am I correct? If yes, please advise the printer's brand name and model number. Thanks.

I did not authorize your corporation to charge me $41. I was told that I would be charged $5 and the $5 would be returned. I therefore want the $41 returned and I will never use your organization for assistance again.
