Bluetooth driver has disappeared from my laptop
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: satellite C55-A running Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Updates were done just two days ago. I have run update checking ad I am up to date. I have looked through device manager and looked at hidden devices and still do not see it. Bluetooth is also not in my action center
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The last time Bluetooth was active was July 16

  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.

     

  2. Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
