Can you please share a screenshot of what the Acer laptop is showing at the moment? You might need to a smart phone or camera to take this photo as the Windows seems not able to capture a screenshot itself.

I've had $31 deducted from my account and $5.
What is the $31 for?

At this moment you should restart it. Are you doing recovery with CD/DVD by Acer?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I already restarted and it went back to the same screen. Was only resetting it to the original setting from when I bought it. Wasn't aware I needed the CD
Expert:  UranIT replied 2 months ago.

Sometimes you do not need CD, I was just checking. Acer has a recovery partition that you can boot into and start process all over again.

Here is the video by Acer support how to access it and work it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmVT0Z9r6_Q
