I have a laptop that I need to restore but do not have a disc I am on a desktop computer now. Is there a way I could burn a restore disc to put into my laptop
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I know windows 7, let me find the model #
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Honestly its so slow I can barely even do anything on it
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Sadly, the only thing you could make is a rescue disk, and you would still need a windows installation disk for that....You will need a Windows installation disk.

Not unless there is a rescue partition on it....some laptops have them, most desktops do not.

Well I guess you cannot help me then. Why was I charged $38 for this. I saw that there would be a $15 refundable deposit before I started but was charged 38. I would like my money back.
