What model? You may have hit a hotkey by mistake, and turned off WIFI, look at the F1 through Ff12, and see if you see an icon that looks like a WIFI Icon please.

Thank you. Can you tell me the version of Windows?

If you're not sure, on your keyboard, hold down the Windows logo key (just to the left of the spacebar)

and press R.

The Run box will open. In the text area type: winver and click OK.

A window will open telling you the Windows version.

Thank you. Please perform these steps:

Click the start menu button and open Settings (the gear icon)

On the Settings page click Network & Internet

From the vertical menu on the left side of the page select Status

At the bottom of the page click
Network Reset>>Reset Now

The process takes about 5 minutes and requires a restart (you'll get a notification at the 2-minute-to-restart mark)

Once the process has finished try connecting again.

If you got your router from them there may be a label on it with a wi-fi
