I have had long term problems with my lap top computer due partly to NBN who now have me connected to my modem OK. But and its a BIG BUT like three/four days unable to login. No one can help mee without sending info to my NEW mobile which I cannot utise proberly and they will not send me an email or tell me the password. I am sitting for hours daily talking to Optus staff and getting no where. Can you. Help USE only my landline 08 94584649 Thank you in anticipation Peter Mascall
