I am having a problem connecting my computer wirelessly with my HP office jet 4630 printer. Help!
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your HP? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: My operating system is windows 10 and where would find the model # of my printer?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: No on the 1st ? I have tried various things but I really can't explain exactly what they were. Sorry but I am not very computer savy.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
