My lenova laptap will not turn on.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Lenovo? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: T61 Vista home
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: turned it on yesterday, came on for a few seconds, and turned off. Not coming back on

I am sorry for the issue. Please do the following:

1. Disconnect the power connector from the laptop as well as any other hardware that is connected (mouse, printer, external hard disk drive, etc)

2. Turn the laptop over and remove the laptop battery

3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, and then release it

4. Now re-connect the battery and the power adapter and turn the laptop on
