I have a laptop with vista 32. I tried to doen load and install windows 10. I am informed that window 10 can not be installed on my lap top. Is there no way?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Laptop is working fine. but I decided to install windows 10 so that it would be the same as my tower

You can't upgrade from Vista to 10, you would have to burn a DVD and then reload the computer with Windows 10 on it.

This would wipe everything that's currently on your laptop.
