Well... The laptop I've been using since I purchased it in July all of sudden is telling me my pin is incorrect and I can't unlock it!
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Lenovo Yoga 700... Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No

First off, at the logon screen where it prompts you for the PIN, please click on the "Sign-in options" link just below and then click on the second button that comes up below the same.

You will now be prompted to type in the password ***** for your Windows account; are you unable to sign in this way either?
