A few month ago, I was having problems with my ATT modem. I called and when it could not be resolved, you send me a new one. It worked for a while, but now I am having the same problem that I had before. The following front lights are on power, ethernet, broadband, service and phone. The two that are not on are wireless and Wi-fi set up. I had a service man connect the modem and it work for a little time. Now I am back to it not working. I can not print with it down.
