They are asking me to check my connectivity, which i have no problem with my iphone or laptop. Only my Kindle is having this problem

Can you tell me if you have done a power reset on your device?

I have charged my device but i have not reset the power.

Try performing a power reset by holding the power button/switch for 20 seconds. Your device will shut off then turn back on allow up to 3 minutes for the software to load up.

I have done the power reset which changed nothing . I then went to my laptop and purchased 4 kindle books none of which have showed up on my Kindle although the purchses have . As you have been unable to help
me , likewise our service provider , I have an independent IT specialist coming to my home tomorrow to sort things out . I am disappointed with your service as this is not an Internet problem, it is a Kindle problem which you should be able to fix !
