Hello, when I view pictures...
Hello, when I view pictures that I copied from digital camera, my Toshiba Satellite laptop sometimes flashes a black screen and tries to open the picture, but gives the message " Display driver has stopped responding", followed by a Blue Screen and a shutdown, then a Restart of the machine. I updated from Vista to Win 7 Home Premium perhaps a year ago, but this just started happening. I wonder if I need to download a new driver from Toshiba, rather than thinking this is a Win 7 problem??.

I'm sorry about the issue.

Please follow the steps given below:

Step A:

Hold down Windows(flag) key and then press letter R.

Type devmgmt.msc and click OK.

Device Manager window will appear on the screen.

Click Display Adapter.

Right click the items given under choose Update Driver Software.

And then choose the option "search it online automatically".

Step B:

Some hidden malware/spyware/adware could be causing this issue:
I suggest you to scan your computer using free version of Super anti-spyware software. This will remove all of the malwares, spywares and viruses from the computer.
Note: If you already have installed Anti-virus programs like Norton, mcafee, CA, kaspersky on the computer, still I suggest you to download and install Super anti-spyware as the Anti-virus program does not remove Malwares/adwares/spywares effectively.
