Customer Question

I have a Toshiba Satellite, about 3 years old. The computer started running low on battery power, and then would barely charge when connected to the power adaptor, I changed out the adaptor with no change. Put in a new battery and it ran until the battery went dead and now won't charge at all. It must be something inside the computer, any suggestions or ideas?
