Hello and welcome.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your tablet.

What you need to do is hard reset the device.

In order to do that, turn it off then press and hold the Power and Volume up (V+) button until you see a logo on the screen.

When you see the logo come up, hold the buttons for 2 more seconds then let go.

It should restart and show an Android logo.

When it does that, hold the V+ (Volume up) button for 5 seconds) and it will give you a bunch of settings.

Using the V- (Volume down) button, select the option that says "Wipe data factory reset" then press the Power button to choose it.

The device will restart and go back to its factory defaults.
