That number will not work. The code has to go to either your 6978 phone

or to your Yahoo! email. I just had the code sent to***@******.***

Check your email and let me know the code when your receive it.

It is time sensitive.

Is the laptop connected to the internet? There's a network/wi-fi icon on the login screen.

Open it up and verify that the laptop is connected to the internet.

When press enter it show me instructions. This feature necessity a removable media, for example indicates flash memory USB. Connect a record(disk) flash memory USB, then retry

That's talking about a password ***** flash drive. Those work perfectly except that they have to

be created before you lose your password.

Can we factory reset the laptop?

Ok. While looking at the login screen, hold down the Shift key (and keep it held down)

and click the Power icon in the lower right corner and select Restart.

When you see "Please Wait" release the Shift key.

A page should open that says at the top "Choose an Option"

and then click Reset your PC.

Hold down the power button until the laptop shuts off (about 4 - 5 seconds)

Turn it back on and as soon as you see the Acer screen immediately

hold down the Alt and F10 keys at the same time

for 1 - 2 seconds and release and tell me the screen that comes up.

This what it show me. Automatic repair your Pc has starts correctly. Rest(support) on restarting for your pc what can sometimes solve the problem. You also can press on options moved forward to try other options of repair of the pc Restart advanced options

To choose an option to Continue left and to pass in Windows 10. Use a ring road(peripheral). Repair. Put out(switch off) your pc

OK put it is still booting on. It is on 62%.

It will sit at 62% for a while but then jump up higher and eventually finish.

It as refuse to pass 99% for most one hour now. It is still booting on 99%. What do I do to make it 100% complete. Or is there another way out.
