Try these steps please>

Enable Silverlight in Internet Explorer

  1. Click on "tools" or "Settings".
  2. Select "Manage add-ons".
  3. Select "Toolbars and extensions".
  4. Set Show: to "all add-ons"
  5. Scroll to Microsoft Silverlight and set to enabled

Enable Silverlight in Safari

  1. Open Safari and go to
  2. Click on "Safari" in the menu bar and go to "Preferences".

  3. Click on the "Security" tab.
  4. Locate Internet Plug-ins and click on "Manage Website Settings" button to the right.

  5. Click on the Silverlight Plug-in on the Left.
