Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be the expert working with you today to help and resolve the problem you have posted.

I am sorry to know that you are facing problem with your cloned drive.

Unplug the primary drive and make sure the cloned drive is set to primary and then try to boot and let me know if it boots with single drive.

your boot drive must be primary drive and no jumper settings on the physical drive must be changed to secondary or slave drive.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The cloned drive is the only drive in the unit.
Expert:  michelleclive replied 1 year ago.

The cloned drive must have not been cloned successfully or you may have the primary hard drive set to some other settings.

Reboot the computer and go into the bios setup and let me know if you can see the hard drive present as primary drive in bios screen.
