Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately AOL is not a browser itself, however I suspect you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
To reset Internet Explorer settings
Close all Internet Explorer windows that are currently open.
Right click on the Windows flag (lower left corner), and then click Control Panel
Click the Title Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click the button labeled Reset.
In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, tap or click Reset.
When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, click Close, and then click OK. You'll need to restart your PC for these changes to take effect.
After completing these steps, check to see if the problem has been resolved. If it has then we are done and you can rate my service. If the problem persists, please reply back and we will look into other possible solutions.
