my satellite c55-b5299, part no. pscmlu-02801m,serial no. 7e093185p has a problem. Error code 0xc0000034. I purchased the device last year from HH.Gregg. There was no back up components supplied with the PC. The pc starts with a blue screen and cannot be accessed. How do I fix the problem

The device is under warranty until next Wednesday 9/30 http://support.toshiba.com/warranty

Otherwise if you don't go through them we would need to burn a DVD with Windows 7/10 and reinstall the operating system on that laptop.
