Customer Question

my husband's laptop with Microsoft 7 home has crashed. He had a reserve ordered for 10; but now we can not even get on the internet with it to get his upgrade. We thought we had a recovery disc; but it won't play either. What can we do? Jacoba Johnson

Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. If you have an internet connected PC/laptop with a DVD burner and a blank DVD disk you can download Windows 10 from here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install
and Save the ISO file to your desktop or Downloads folder.
You'll then need to burn the ISO file to the disk. I recommend using
Microsoft's own utility to do that which you can get here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool
Once installed, run the tool, point it to your downloaded ISO file and it will burn the disk for you. I can connect to your PC remotely and perform these steps for you and have made an offer to do so.
