30 seconds is too short.
I did not see your model for the laptop, but if it has a removable battery, take it out.
Disconnect the power cable
Then hold the power button down for 60 seconds, then release.
Then put the battery back in, connect the power cable and tell me if it now starts please.

try this as it can get it working when doing this trick
Turn off your laptop by press down the power key for 10 secs.
plug in the charger make sure to charge the battery to full (you can see the charging light goes from orange to blue)
unplug the charger and then press the power button and in the same time plugin the charger and unplug it after that see if the screen works.
If not, try this procedure 3 times.
Let me know the results please

Thats ok, can understand.
It is the internal motherboard that has faulted. From what you have described, it looks to be the video chip thats stalling the computer from starting as other problems will bring up at least the Bios load screen.
All other causes we have eliminated.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the Laptop to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. But this is a hardware fault that has caused this.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thank you
