I have a Toshiba laptop that I purchased about 8 years ago. I would like to reset the computer back to the factory defaults but I do not have my recovery disk. What options are available to me?

You can download the CD image from the following page:
Scroll down a couple page and locate the blue download buttons for 32 bit and 64 bit. If you need a 32 bit copy, choose the 32 bit download. If you need a 64 bit copy, download the 64 bit download.
After you download the file, you can burn the file to a DVD-R.
