Couldn't connect with you. Used Task Manager to end HP Support Assistant thereby getting rid of persistant dialogue box. Don't need this program anyway. Please return my deposit in accordance with your website info since I didn't use your service. Thank you.

Asking me to connect with you is not a service. I will not pay anything for this. You never provided a service since we did not connect. Your website said it was a $5 deposit not an actual charge of $48. In any case I will not pay because I received no service.
