Does any of the function keys work, such as for connecting the monitor to the laptop?

Can you download and install the Toshiba Function key Utility:

, then try Fn and/or F12 keys again? Does the laptop see any wireless network name at all? Was wireless working previously on this laptop?

Thank you
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
The function keys work in the sense that they produce a reaction on the PC .
Wireless was working.
I will try utility tomorrow.
At the moment I cannot download because I do not have an Internet connection.
Can you connect an Ethernet/network cable from the laptop to the wireless router to download?

And/or can you download/save from a working computer, then transfer over via a USB / flash drive and install?

Also, restart the laptop also.

OK, please take your time and let me know any time. Thank you
