I HAVE NOT USED MY FUJITSU LAPTOP FOR A FEW WEEKS AND FORGOT…

Please type Administrator for the username and leave the password XXXXX and see if you can log in.

Please try this: turn off your computer. Then turn it on, and right after the black screen with white text or the computer company logo disappears, press & release key F8 repeatedly until a menu appears, then you select Safe Mode (note: if there is no menu, then try the same steps again, but this time, press key F8 a bit earlier). Then login with the Administrator account if available (or type Administrator and leave the password XXXXX). Then go to Start->Control Panel->User Accounts, Manage another account and reset any account password XXXXX

If that does not work, you can click here to download and extract the windows password XXXXX program file, then burn the extracted .ISO file as an image to a blank CD (use the Imgburn burning program if needed). Then you can boot the CD disk from the CD/DVD drive and follow the steps to reset the windows password; you can click here for more details.

But it can be complicated; it's easier resetting the computer: turn off the computer, then turn it on and press the key F12 when the Fujitsu logo appears on the screen to see if it can do a factory restore.

If that still does not work, turn off the computer, then turn it on and press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and F11 when the Fujitsu logo appears on the screen to see if it can do a factory restore.
