VerifiedHi my name is ***** ***** I'm the attorney who will be assisting you if you are supposed to be ending your lease and you need more time to. Move out then the landlord has given you. The right order of things that you should do is 1st send a letter requesting reasonable accommodations if you have a disability and need more time to move. Indicate how much time you need and the reason why you need it also if that does not work the next step is to go to landlord tenant court. Which is in the civil court in the county where you live and file a motion for extended time or just cause for reasonable accommodation
