I am a landlord...

I am a landlord in California, want to have a lawyer to review my leasing agreement and issue a notice for my tenant to move out that are legally correct.

Lawyer's Assistant: Is there anything in the lease that the tenant is not honoring?

The lease is based on employment. Our employment relationship is over and i want her to be out of the property according to the lease. Though I understand in CA, tenant may have rights to sue or sometimes need longer notice.

I haven't raised the issue. I want to make sure if they ever do, I am protected.

Hi Angelo! I own a property in 94619 Oakland. Currently my employee and her family lives on site and runs a daycare under my company. We have an employee housing lease agreement and a general rental agreement. Today marks the last day of our employment, so I would like a lawyer to review the two agreements and see when is the earliest I can have them move out. They have lived on site since 2022 1/31.

in our case, our lease was not renewed and has expired. I don't plan to evict her right away, since i haven't given her a notice to move out. Do you think i should give her a notice first and if she doesnt move out by then, then I contact a lawyer? or should i get my ducks in a row now before sending a notice.
