I live in a 55plus mobile home park in Winter Haven, FL/ Polk County. Just before my neighbor went back to Canada for the summer he installed a security camera. He said it was for a discount on his insurance. Fine with me. June 30th I receive a full size sheet of copier picture from our park manager. The sheet is dated May 22, 2021. It was a photo from the neighbor's security camera of my dog when he got out of my house without a leash. The entire photo was of my home and side and front yard. There was barely any of their (neighbor's) driveway in the photo. I feel it was setup to watch me and my dog. Not to provide security to their property. Especially since this photo was sent to our park manager. They won't be back until November so I can't talk to them. Is this surveillance of me and my property legal. The camera is high up on their shed under the roof. There are no signs indicating a security camera is present. I showed the photo to my neighbor on the other side of my lot. It also clearly shows her home and driveway in front of her mobile home. Is this a legal situation? Can I do anything about this scrutiny? And his sending a photo to the park manager?
