I'm unemployed and my rent payment is backed up. I sent the CDC declaration to my landlord. Also I offered to my landlord to work together to apply for the Rental Assistance program. She sent me a text back saying that she cannot reply to my texts and I need to talk to her agent. Her agent also replied that he cannot talk to me because of the legal matter. Last Friday I received 2 letters from their lawyer. First one was saying that I'm on month-to-month lease term and my landlord is terminating my lease.
