Need help with getting a deposit back. Texas and we haven't.
basically our power went out because of the storm and we tried to turn the water off but we're unable because the valve was broken. We immediately let the landlord know and his response was “that sucks”. It dropped to 28 degrees in our house and obviously the hot water heater broke outside of our control.
