I live in bro k New Jersey living at this residence since Jan 201). I live with my daughter and son. We have struggled with the rent prior to pandemic but fortunately during the pandemic we were able to bring our rent one month behind as of today Feb12 2021. I do not have a lesse for the last two years. We have lived month to month. I rev a notice ending of Jan 2022 that she is going to sell the house and she wants us to Bach's by March 15. Thought she followed prccedure fir the notice it is almost impossible to find a new place Dor three and two smalll dogs. More More so because landlords are not renting become they are suffering collecting rent . I need more time and I feel that she should allow us to sty amd she can show the house amd we will search but my other problem is paying her and trying to get enough to love .
