when i first moved in 2017 it was agreement with the lady 400, she then in Jan of 2019 had a stroke and then the one tenant and i was paying all the bills and the rest of the rent out of the 400 went to property tax, then another tenant moved in had to pay 900.00 because that was him and his daughter and then in October of 2019 his niece moved in who he left to collect the rent( mind you i pay every month on time and i have the receipts), and come to find out about it the one tenant who moved in August 2019 didnt pay for 6 months so he got forgiven by the owner for that and he said from here on out if you dont pay you have to go, so i have always sent a copy of the receipts to the owner and his older sister to show i have made the deposit that has the other 3 tenants name on account every month and sent them a copy i have never gotten a response back from the owner of the house or his sister that it was an issue so when i paid feb rent she the property manager flipped out on me and said ill evict you if your late … read more
